Long Island High School for the Arts (LIHSA), part of Nassau BOCES and located in Syosset, NY, is a premier high school dedicated to the performing and visual arts. Students split their day between their home school academics and immersive, pre-professional training in disciplines such as music, musical theatre, dance, animation, visual arts, and film. Upon completing their two-year program, graduates earn a Career and Technical Education (CTE) endorsement on their high school diploma, recognizing their specialized skills and artistic achievement.
